As the owner’s representative, Delzell Management Group offers a comprehensive range of services to developers and owners during the process of a commercial development. In addition to overseeing the preconstruction and construction phases, we also provide additional services such as lender draw reviews to ensure that the project stays on track and within budget, as well as pro forma modeling to help the owner understand the financial implications of the project. We conduct highest and best use analysis to help the owner optimize the value of the property, and we are able to negotiate claims on their behalf to minimize risk and protect their interests. Finally, we also oversee FF&E procurement to ensure that the project is fully furnished and equipped to meet the needs of the intended occupants. Our goal is to provide end-to-end services that help our clients achieve their objectives and create successful and profitable commercial developments.
